Looking for Sew Crafty Mini Sewing Machine Instructions. I got mine for free with no box and no instructions. I don't know how to sew, even. Does anyone have instructions on how to use it and how to know if I am missing any parts
To the responder who suggested it.. unfortunately I have already been to the Provocraft site and have attempted emailing them but received no response.

How to thread correctly the lower bobbin on a toyota rs2000 sewing machine?

I have been using my freinds sewing machine and i changed the colour of the thread, but the lower bobbincame out and on installing the new spool with black thread imunsure how to correctly thread it to prevent getting loose feed. Im finding that the sewing is creatinglooose loops on the bottom.
Im a novice at sewing. There is no manual ii can find that will explain it to me simply.

Can you help me fix my sewing machine?

It's a Janome Sew Mini
I think I just broke my sewing machine. I was sewing something fairly sick and it made a pop sound. Now the top string won't catch the bottom string on the machine. Nothing happens when I try to bring the string up from the bottom. Did I break something? Please help, I just bought this machine a week ago.

which would you buy either the janome 9700 or mc 6500 or janome 350 e?

I have a janome dc 3050 and would like to get a machine with more features but I also have an embroidery machine Brother Pe 150 not alot of software I have been sewing mostly guilting for about a year now and can't decide what to go to next

I have the 350E for embroidery only. I wish I'd gotten the 11000 instead. It has more features, especially direct from my embroidery CDs and a direct link to a computer.

The 350E uses either memory cards or memory sticks and takes a very long time to "turn pages" if there are many designs on the memory stick. So far I have 3 memory sticks, no cards or reader.

I also have the Jamome 6500 and use it for sewing and quilting. It is a great machine. It is not industrial strength but is still a workhors. I lilke the double thread stand attatched to the back, wide throat area, extra high presser foot lift, and separate bobbin winding motor. I was surprised that I had a learning curve on the bobbin, but I did.

I had a Janome 5700 for 9 yrs. It was still perfect, never had to have repairs, just cleaning/servicing. Because it used only the old-style cards I gave it to my daughter. She had no machine and had learned to sew on my 5700. I included some embroidery cards. I also like the extra top fabric feed foot. I found that if you buy all the extra feet and throat plates required for some, it will add considerably to the cost. Janome and Viking accessories are pricey.

I don' t know much about the 9700 machine. I do know it is popular and there is a user group --in Yahoo?
has a limited memory for it's alphabet in 3 styles and for stitches built in to the machine.

All that to say. I might have purchased a used Viking SE if I'd had time to compare them side by side. I do mostly children's and heirloom sewing.

I use a Pfaff coverstitch serger, one model down from the electronic coverstitch.

Had I not had a daughter to give my Janome 5700 to, I probably would have sold it, or even kept it because it is such a good machine.

help me choose the right sewing machine?

I own a singer 5050c, but it's in the shop and its going to cost 120 dollars to get it back. Should i get it or should i just buy a new machine? I am a fashion designer and my perfect dream machine would be easy to use, last a lifetime with proper care, be able to stitch through heavy duty fabric like multi layers of denim and peacoat wool, have a variety of stitch functions, should be able to make clean neat button holes easily, and preferably electronic, but im not against manual. Please include model numbers if i should get a new machine, or should i stick with my singer?
i also already own a kenmore blue mini ultra and a Brother LS2125I

Singer hasn't been the company it was since the 1970s. I'd suggest, if your need is for production sewing, that you need an industrial machine, and perhaps use a home machine for a buttonholer (though you probably need a buttonholer, too.)

You void the warranty when using home machines in business.

The new industrials are so much easier to sew on than the old clutch machines that had a tendency to have two speeds: flat out and stop.

(and for what it's worth, none of your current machines would last more than about 5 years with the amount of sewing I do.)
