Is my sewing machine jammed? How do I fix it?
I was in the middle of sewing when the thread jammed. I cleared the jam, however, now when I press on the presser foot, my sewing machine makes a loud buzzing noise and will not do anything beyond this. I'm using a Singer Quantum CXL- what could be the issue and how do I fix it?

omg you broke it. lol you know where the part spins on the right side that allows you to back up and stuff play with that and rotate it back and forth til it loosens up. other wise you have to take it in. most times this will loosen it up and unjam it. right now the belt is slipping cause you jammed it up now you need to reverse it and unjamalambabam it
