Where can I find good sewing machines that are cheap?
My grandma had a sewing machine and it broke, I really want one for myself, but I don't have that much $$, so I need to find some place where I can get cheap but good quality sewing machines.
I've checked online, but I don't want to invest any $$ unless I know their quality, because many of the so-called "product review" seem kind of shady, so if anyone has used some of these sewing machines, can you tell me how does it actually work and are they durable, thank you.

I wouldn't go with any of them. Basically all you need is straight and zigzag. Personally I would go with a used machine. They don't make them like they used to. Unfortunately they are mostly cheap plastic and made in China.
Often you can find them in the paper or thrift shops. For about $25, you can get a complete tune-up at JoAnn's Fabric.
