Handi Quilter is: Longarm Quilting Machines
Pattern for Top-stitching an "around-the-world" Quilt?
I have the pieces of the quilt together. But does anyone know where to get patterns for top-stitching (quilting) the three layers together? I don't want to do a simple stitch-in-the-ditch but something a little fancier; although I do not have a LongArm sewing machine, just a regular sewing machine. Thanks!
It's hard to find free continuous-line quilting patterns on the internet, but this site has collected links to a few (look through the listings to see the possibilities).

Also, some libraries have books of patterns - perhaps yours is one.
Here are some other approaches, too.
A very traditional and also very simple style of quilting for this Quilt Pattern is to sew a continuous diagonal line through all squares of the same color, forming concentric diamonds of stitching on the surface. Here's a link to a picture where you can see the quilting clearly.

The same general idea but with a scalloped or undulating line of stitching instead of a straight one looks very nice, too.
If you're able to do free-motion quilting, many people meander-quilt this design, or lines of cursive Ls and Es look very pretty. A continuous-line leaf pattern like the one in this picture (scroll down to the 'challah cover') would be lovely, too.
