Can I use my serger to do just a straight stitch?
I bought an Elna Lock Pro 4 serger. It has 2 needles and an upper and bottom looper. I don't have the instruction manual, can it be set to sew just straigh stitches?

A serger does an over-lock stitch (formed by the loopers) and a straight stitch is formed by the needle thread forming a stitch with a fairly stationary bobbin thread.
