Baby Lock Espire Sewing and Quilting Machine Overview
What function or setting do I use on my baby lock Esante sewing machine?
I bought this used Esante just 2 days ago..mostly for the function of doing quilts, and stippling...and for the life of me, I just cant seem to figure out how to set it to do the stippling..I have classes on it, but not for 3 more weeks. Can anyone who owns the Esante give me some advice or a quick how to.,..or what I need to do just to do basic stippling and quilting...Please Please Please! I keep buying and returning machines because non of them seem to do what I need them to do.

Some of the newer sewing machines have a built-in stippling stitch and then there is free-motion stitching which allows you to create your own design/style of stitching.
The instruction manual has the steps for using the built-in stitch.

You will need to lower the feed-dog, use a straight stitch and a free-motion or darning foot.
I wear quilter's gloves to help me to better control the fabric.
